|Recommended: YesNice — It is cheap, really close to UIC
|Recommended: YesCool — It is okay to live here as a student but long-term, probably not. The noise problem here is so serious to the point where I can literally hear lectures of the person who lives next to my room. Overall everything is nice, amenities are all good and clean regularly.
|Recommended: YesI love the apartments and management team at Letterman — I enjoy all the perks and benefits of living in such a great location near UIC and downtown which provide so many facilities and excellent service to all students from across the world. I made a great decision moving here and wouldn't regret it.
|Recommended: YesGreat — great
|Recommended: YesGreat Units — The units are great compared to dorms. However, a lot of maintenance was required upon arrival.

|Recommended: YesIt a good place — It nice
|Recommended: YesVery Homely — It is really fun. It is really close to campus so it is very easy and convenient for UIC college students. The neighbors are also really nice and welcoming. The only thing that isn't that great is the maintenance. We had problems with one of the toilets in our unit and to fix it, they just shut the water off instead of actually fixing it and it took them a long time to get to it as well.
|Recommended: YesConvenient Cozy Friendly — First of all, I will tell them that the location where we are, is very convenient, which is close to the UIC campus, and also there are several supermarkets and grocery stores around us in less than 1 mile. Also, I will tell them that the Letterman's staff are very friendly and willing to help us to solve any kind of problems
|Recommended: YesAmazing — the place is pretty great for UIC students
|Recommended: YesGood place on a budget — A great place to live with a good community where people and live and thrive all together.
|Recommended: YesSlightly pricey, but overall very nice place to live in the city — I like the layout of the place and the apartments. The staff is very friendly and I feel like there is enough privacy and personal space. The apartment itself is a bit pricey, but it includes all utilities. The price of parking would be the only big complaint I have regarding money. Overall though, it is very trendy and modern and the location is convenient as it is close to the highway.
|Recommended: YesVery nice and accommodating — it is in a really good area, its really close to the blue line as well as UIC's campus buildings. Apartment comes fully furnished so its a good property to live in if you're renting your first apartment.
