|Recommended: YesI really enjoy living at the letterman based on its location, affordable rent, and the layout of the apartment — I would tell them living at the letterman is the perfect location to live in down town chicago. But, they do not act quickly to fix maintenance quests.

|Recommended: YesPretty good for the price — It's a very convenient place, but the thin walls may get a little annoying sometimes. Despite this though, it is a great place to stay at, especially for college students.
